Why Early Speech Support Matters in Noble Park
Noble Park is home to many young families, with children preparing for kindergarten and the early years of primary school.
National data shows that approximately 20% of children start school with communication vulnerabilities, and around 1 in 10 experience ongoing speech sound difficulties. Early language challenges can also affect up to 15% of preschool-aged children.
When concerns are identified early, targeted intervention can significantly improve speech clarity, language development and school readiness. Strengthening communication skills in the early years helps children participate confidently in the classroom and build positive peer relationships.

Results Speak for Themselves!
The team at Expansive has been incredible in supporting our son's speech and language development. The Speech Pathologist took the time to understand our son's challenges and engaged him in a child-led way that encouraged learning through play.
The assessment process was thorough, professional, and delivered with warmth and care. The team implemented an evidence-based program thoughtfully designed to enhance our son's expressive language skills, and we’ve already seen noticeable improvements in his communication skills. The results truly speak for themselves.
We highly recommend the team at Expansive for their expert, engaging, friendly, and warm approach to speech pathology services!
Phuong
As parents, we tried to encourage our kid to speak and even roped in their educators but were largely unsuccessful as they were resistant and unwilling despite our best efforts. We reached out to Pauline for an initial discussion around our concerns and started speech sessions, initially weekly, then fortnightly, before reducing sessions to monthly due to the progress that our kids' made. We would like to thank Pauline and especially her team member, Jiaying, who has made a huge difference to our lives. Jiaying was patient, endearing and made learning unassumingly effortless and fun. Jiaying was very much well-loved by our kiddo, who often asks when she is coming to our home. Pauline was readily available to answer any questions we had. Our kid can now access and use alot more words and has also transformed into a much more confident speaker who even volunteers to sing and dance along in front of a crowd. Even the educators were amazed by their growth. BIG THANK YOUU team, we really appreciate the help and support that was provided every step of the way^^
